What a weekend

Oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter, and front end brake job on the wife's car: $500. Cabin filter and install on my car in my own driveway: $19. Lunch at Red Lobster (minus $25 gift card): $19 and change. Two tickets and two drinks at the local dirt track: $20. Paying the mortgage plus extra: $1200. Going into work today and not looking at the calendar and complaining when the next payday is: Priceless. People may call the wife and I cheap, but some weekends it pays off, and it was a good weekend.
